Polyxenia Suites - Rethymno (Crete)

The hotel boasts a stunningly beautiful location right by the old harbour. It is just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, the town centre, and the Ottoman-built mosque. - It is easy to access the city park from the hotel.

The location here is stunning with access to the Centre of Byzantine Art nearby, and the staff were incredibly kind, making our stay fantastic.

The location was absolutely perfect and stunning, for example, a 17th-century Venetian fountain was at a walking distance from the hotel. Plus, it was near the center of the old city, and the Venetian Harbour and a host of great restaurants.

Had a perfectly pleasant stay for three nights. the suite we stayed in was brand-new and beautifully decorated. - the location was central, close to tavernas. - It was 2 km from Koumbes Public Beach.

The rooms were well decorated with an elegant touch kept by the helpful staff. The location was unbeatable and stunning, right next to the mosque which Ottoman built. It was near the center of the old town, old town of Rethymno, and restaurants. Our room was bright, clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We had a nice view of snow-covered mountains from there. 🏔️

I had an amazing stay at this family hotel in the heart of Rethymnon Old Town. Great location, clean and modern rooms, and a comfortable bed. the balcony offered breathtaking views of the old town and surrounding landmarks. the room amenities, such as the coffee machine and small fridge, were an added bonus. the owners were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommended for solo travelers!

The location was great for walking around the Fortezza, and the suite we booked was flawless and beautiful.

The room we stayed in had just been redone and had air conditioning - perfect for keeping cool 😎. It was situated in an incredible spot with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. the local staff were super friendly and always ready to lend a hand.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. One standout feature is its prime location right on the main square of this vibrant town. The rooms on the 1st floor are spacious, with big balconies providing a fabulous view of the Neratze Mosque complete with its beautiful minaret. Additionally, the staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service, making you feel at home. Lastly, breakfasts are delicious, filling, and the perfect way to start your day of exploration.

The rooms are equipped with soundproofed windows, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep while enjoying the fabulous view of the Neratze Mosque complete with a beautiful minaret. The elegant touch in the rooms adds to the overall charm of this hotel.

No negatives, everything was perfect.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, with a great overlook of the vibrant streets below. the room was always kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, being just a short walk away from the beach and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants.

One major disappointment was the lack of ice cube containers in the refrigerator. It would have been nice to have them readily available for our drinks, especially during the warm Christmas season.
